How the procedure works
1. Consultation and assessment
We examine your skin or scalp, take a history, and discuss what you want to change. If Body Contouring is not the right treatment for you, we will say so.
2. Preparation
The area is cleansed. Where relevant, a topical numbing cream is applied and given time to work. Patch testing is carried out beforehand where the treatment requires it.
3. The treatment
The procedure itself takes approximately 45–60 minutes. Your practitioner will talk you through each step as it happens.
4. Review
We book a follow-up to check your response and decide whether further sessions are worthwhile.
Who is it for?
Body Contouring may suit you if you are in general good health and have realistic expectations of what a non-surgical treatment can achieve.
It may not be appropriate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection in the treatment area, or have a medical condition that affects healing. This is not an exhaustive list — a full medical history is taken at consultation, which is exactly why the consultation exists.
Aftercare
- Use a broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily. In Pakistan’s sun this is not optional after any skin treatment.
- Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas and heavy exercise for the first 24–48 hours.
- Keep the area clean and avoid picking or scrubbing.
- Contact the clinic immediately if you notice unusual pain, spreading redness or blistering.
You will be given written aftercare specific to your treatment before you leave.
